Easy Homemade Bread

So, I decided that I needed to make some amazing homemade bread, finally. I’m always trying to find new things to make that we usually buy from the store. I was reading some articles about how the bread that we’re used to isn’t actually real bread, and it’s so true! The bread that’s in the store is filled with preservatives so that it can last on shelves longer. There are basically no nutrients in it because of all the bleach that’s in it.

3 Ways to Stick to Your Grocery Shopping Budget

Jacob and I have always been really into food (hence why I always talk about food on my blog), this is something that has definitely helped us bond. While we were dating, we spent SO MUCH money going out and eating. We both now wish we would have saved that money and cooked at home. Of course, we had so much fun going to different restaurants and trying different foods but wow, food everywhere is expensive. In our effort of saving money and cooking at home we do several things, such as create a menu for the week, budget money for groceries, and shop smart.

Teeth Whitening That’s Affordable: A Review

When I was younger, I hit my mouth on a table and it turned one of my front teeth black, it was completely dead! Imagine a cute little girl (me, haha) with a dead tooth…. how embarrassing! Luckily, I don’t really remember much from that time.

Living Together: 2 Months In

I have always known that living with a boyfriend would be a no-go for me. My mom would always say, “You’re not leaving the house until your married”, unless I was living with female roommates, of course. Honestly, this was okay for me, I had no desire to live with someone and quite frankly, the older I got the more I realized I didn’t even want to get married.

Tiffinie Bleu Sample Studio

Honestly, trying on dresses was not fun. I didn’t get emotional, I didn’t exclaim “Yes, this is the one… I’m saying yes to the dress!”. Maybe I’m not girly enough, who knows. If you’re a bride, I really feel for you. It’s stressful and just a headache. I tried on tons of dresses, from the one I dreamed of to the ones my mother and sister dreamed of me wearing.

About Me

Hey, I’m Nicole.

I started Think and Bee Happy in 2014 to share my experiences gardening and eating organic. Since then I have grown so much, I’m sure you can say the same! I am now married and working on my dream career, thankfully.
I have my bachelor’s degree in Political Science and I am currently working on my Information Technology degree; but Think and Bee Happy is not about any of that.
My husband and I love eating, exploring new places and visiting local restaurants, thrift shops, breweries and festivals. We are very passionate about food but we also love to stay active by hiking and being outdoors. So, now this blog is dedicated to those experiences. Read more.
