Hey, I’m Nicole!


I started Think and Bee Happy in 2014 to share my experiences gardening and eating organic. Since then I have grown so much, I’m sure you can say the same!

I am now married and both my husband and I serve in the United States Army.

My husband and I love eating, exploring new places, and visiting local restaurants, thrift shops, breweries, and festivals. We are very passionate about food but we also love to stay active by hiking and being outdoors. So, now this blog is dedicated to those experiences.

    1. Thank you so much for stopping by! They did okay, I don’t have a green thumb so gardening is not my thing but I’m still trying to grow peppers and tomatoes in my little garden.
