Growing up my mother ALWAYS made peach cobbler, I may be wrong but I’m quite positive that it’s her favorite dessert. I was so excited to make this cobbler and to turn it into an easy weekday dessert.
Last year Jacob and I visited this amazing restaurant, Butcher & Bee, I fell in love, (for real) ! We had whipped feta and bacon wrapped dates, which were both so good and I think about them often. Finally I decided to recreate the whipped feta (bacon wrapped dates will be next). You can add in olive oil if you would like or maybe cream cheese, the possibilities are endless.
