Yes! Yes! Yes! This is so easy, so messy and just super fun to make.
All you need is:
- Mini pretzels
- Peanut butter
- White chocolate chips
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Coconut oil
I’ve looked up recipes for this and several said to microwave the chocolate but let me tell you DO NOT DO THIS. It’s just so easy to burn the chocolate that I’m not trying to risk it.
To start off we double boiled the white chocolate with creamy peanut butter and a spoonful of coconut oil. The amount of chocolate and peanut butter all depends on how much you’re making.
We made such a mess dipping the pretzels in the sauce and then placing them on parchment paper, but the sauce is amazing.
Once you’re done with all the pretzels place them in the freezer (depending on how much peanut butter you added in, it might be hard to get hard).
In the meantime, melt the semi-sweet chocolate the same way you did the white chocolate.
Once the pretzels are done in the freezer take them out and splash as much semi-sweet chocolate as you want!
This is so easy to make and it’s great to make it when you want to just have fun.
I ate so many of these I got a stomach ache! I never knew I loved the mixture of white chocolate and peanut butter so much!
This is a must try!

Yes Valentines Day is tomorrow and yes you should give something homemade! (They’re the best gifts) I’m a sucker for things homemade, it shows that person really gave it thought and time. Even if you aren’t looking to make something for someone else you can make this for yourself! (That’s what I did!)
It’s simple, easy and delicious.
- Double broil semi-chocolate chips, I did about 2 cups. You have to continuously stir the chocolate so it doesn’t burn.
- Line your cupcake pan with liners and put a dollop (spoonful) of chocolate into eat one.
- Then a dollop of peanut butter on top of that.
- Then more chocolate! I did it so that I couldn’t see any peanut butter and topped it with just a pinch of salt.
- Put it into the freezer for about just about an hour.
- And YOU HAVE THE BEST PEANUT BUTTER CUPS EVER
The coolest thing about this is that you can do anything with it.You can use peanut butter, almond butter, sunflower butter, dark chocolate or semi sweet chocolate there are just so many options!
I really hope you guys try this at home, it’s so much better than store bought.

I’m a chunky peanut butter kinda girl and this peanut butter is great! It’s unsalted and chock full of peanuts, which is perfect. I decided to try to make chia pudding with the peanut butter.
Each serving of chia seeds (about 2 tablespoons) provides 8 grams of fiber and 4 grams of Omega3 fatty acids!
- 1/4 cup of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of the best peanut butter ever
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- less than 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of almond milk
I literally just mixed everything together, it’s seriously that easy.
And I popped it into the refrigerator.
After about 20 minutes I took it out and made a little bowl for me and topped it with just a little bit more peanut butter.
It’s simple and sweet.
